POST COMMERCIAL CLEANING

This is intensive and effective cleaning removing dust and debris from all types of commercial properties. The scope of work may include all internal, general and routine cleaning including:

• Stripping and waxing 

• Buffing and burnishing  

• Ceramic tile cleaning  

• Carpet cleaning 

• Walls, including removing dust, dirt, scuff marks and smudges 

• Ceilings and light fixtures/fans 

• All trim, including all baseboards and door and window frames 

• The faces, sides and tops of doors 

• Floors, including buffing/waxing if applicable or vacuuming carpet 

• Ducts, vents and baseboard heating exchanges 

• Windows, including tracks and frames 

• Removing all trash, plastic coverings and stickers

• Removing all trash from the property, including lumber and debris 

• Washing exterior windows and doors 

• Sweeping and dusting any entry doorways 

• Sweeping and/or power washing the driveway and any other paved surfaces
